'The ultimate test of physical fitness and mental tenacity; The 2000m Row Benchmark.  *1st quarter: find ave split +1, no racing start sequence.  *2nd quarter: find ave split +0, just add a little more pressure through the balls of the feet. *3rd quarter: hold ave split +0 and channel your inner superhero! This is where we fight! *4th quarter: find ave split -1, add a little more pressure and slightly increase the stroke rate. *Last 250m: IF you can, this is where we drop the hammer.
